3 Phoenix to Develop Electronic Hardware and System Software for the Navy’s Common Digital Sensor Architecture (CDSA) Core Program for Aircraft Carrier Radar Systems

3 Phoenix, Inc. (3Pi) is part of the Applied Technical Systems, Inc. (ATS) Team that was awarded a contract in the amount of $13,014,214 for the Common Digital Sensor Architecture (CDSA) Core program managed by the Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division (NSWC Crane) under Seaport-e Contract # N00178-06-D-4684. The CDSA program is initially targeted to support the Navy’s aircraft carrier radar systems. CDSA supports the reduction in maintenance and support requirements, and improves supportability and reliability, maintainability, and availability by integrating common and open hardware and software technology into each shipboard sensor system. Under the CDSA program 3Pi will provide engineering technical services for the development of hardware, software and firmware for the CDSA common computing platform.
