3 Phoenix, Inc. (3Pi) was awarded a Phase II Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contract from Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) to apply N06-138 technologies to Anti Torpedo, Torpedo Defensive System (ATTDS). Under this effort, 3Pi is developing a system architecture and suite of algorithms which have the potential to provide a robust, automatic detection, classification and localization system for torpedoes. The Phase II effort is focusing on finalizing and prototyping the automated data exploitation architecture based on the design concepts developed in Phase I.
