3 Phoenix, Inc. (3Pi) was awarded a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase III contract from the Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (PHD-NSWC) in the Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) amount of $8,526,551 to produce three AN/SPS-74(V)1 Periscope Detection Radar Data Processor (RDP) units; and provide engineering services to support and maintain all deployed RDP units and perform design and development to evolve, update, and improve the AN/SPS-74(V) system capability. Work will be performed in Fairfax, VA, Wake Forest, NC, and Hanover, MD.
