(3Pi) has received a Phase III Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract under the Small Business Innovative Research Program for $9.85 million from the Office of Naval Research. 3 Phoenix, Inc. will provide real-time data fusion backbone technology and low power processing solutions that will support a wide range of disparate sensor, network, and processing systems. 3 Phoenix, Inc. has offices in VA, NC, and MD.
